Match 3 Games Performance in Egypt during Q3 2025

In the third quarter of 2025, the Match 3 games segment in Egypt showed a variety of trends across top applications. Here, we review the performance of the leading games, using data from Sensor Tower.

Royal Match from Dream Games exhibited a stable revenue stream, peaking at approximately $16K in early August. The downloads saw a significant drop from about 130K in early July to just over 10K by the end of September. Meanwhile, weekly active users remained fairly consistent, starting at 1.6M and closing the quarter at around 1.4M.

Candy Crush Saga by King maintained a steady revenue increase, reaching $17.6K in the last week of September. Downloads surged towards the end of the quarter, climbing from 67K to over 112K. Active users, however, experienced a gradual decline, ending the quarter with 2.7M users.

Gossip Harbor®: Merge & Story from Microfun Limited saw its weekly revenue increase steadily, peaking at $11.5K. After an initial spike in downloads, numbers dropped to just under 10K by the quarter's end. Active users fluctuated slightly but remained close to 93K.

Travel Town - Merge Adventure by Moon Active experienced a consistent revenue stream, peaking around $9.5K. Downloads grew significantly towards the end of September, reaching over 5.5K. The active user base showed an upward trend, finishing the quarter at approximately 34K.

Gardenscapes from Playrix maintained a steady revenue, peaking at around $6.4K. Downloads initially declined but recovered to about 9.1K by the end of September. Active users showed a slight decline, ending the quarter with around 192K.
